The Two Oceans vineyards are influenced by cooling sea breezes and mists that can lower summer afternoon temperatures to slow down ripening, ensure a refreshing acidity and intensify fruit flavours.

Taste: The Wine is medium bodied with abundance of citrus fruit and vanilla oak flavours.

Serve With: To be enjoyed on its own or served with shell fish, full flavoured seafood dishes or poultry.

Aroma: Pleasant aroma of wine abounds notes of ripe plums and wild red berries which are complemented by nuances of caramel, vanilla and subtle spicy oak nuances.

 

 

Taste: The wine shows plum red colours tinged with cerise. Medium bodied on the palate with a

distinctive berry fruit aftertaste.
